We apply a 2 to 3 day return policy depending on the nature of the items, which means that you have 2 to 3 days after receiving your item to request a return:
- 2 days for all flowers and plants
- 3 days for handcrafted products
In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Rue du Centre 58, Saint-Sulpice, Vaud, 1025, Switzerland.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Switzerland, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or orders for workshops.

Exchanges and refunds
Please note that due to the nature of the products we are inclined to aim for a customized replacement of your returned products rather than automatically issuing a refund.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Exchanging non-perishable products
It is possible to replace your non-perishable products if you wish.
The item must be a gift and in optimal condition so that we can re-condition it for a new sale.
